Senior Legal Recruiting Manager
Job Description
The Law Group, APLC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Legal Recruiting Manager to lead the firm’s talent acquisition efforts. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, designs and executes sourcing strategies to attract top legal professionals, and strengthens the employer brand within a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end talent acquisition plans aligned with the firm’s staffing goals.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to uphold high standards and efficiency.
- Build and sustain relationships with law schools, legal associations, and other talent sources.
- Manage candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver a smooth recruitment experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and use insights to continuously optimize processes.
- Elevate the firm’s employer brand through targeted marketing and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in legal recruitment, ideally in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of the legal industry and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience managing and mentoring a recruitment team.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data and metrics.

Compensation
Salary: USD 165,000 - 225,000 per year.
Work Location
Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90017.
