Job Description

This onsite role in Nashville, TN supports people programs across employee and labor relations, leadership enablement, inclusion, and policy improvement. The salary range is USD 73,621 - 108,298 per year, with bonus eligibility under the current bonus plan requirements.

What you’ll do

Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs, including learning and development and workforce planning.
Participate in organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Serve as a resource to employees by providing coaching and employee relations support.
Support and facilitate communication strategies for HR, divisional, and company programs, benefits, and initiatives.
Recommend improvements to policies, practices, and strategies.
Identify and analyze trends tied to recurring issues, then recommend approaches to resolution and improvement.
Organize assigned tasks and projects independently and complete work within specified deadlines.
Interpret HR policies, practices, and procedures for both employees and managers.
Conduct employee relations counseling and investigations.
Ensure appropriate corrective actions are administered consistently and advise management on resolutions across business units.
Evaluate departmental performance against established goals and recommend changes to improve efficiency and service.
Administer WOTC (Tax incentives).
Support compliance by responding to EEOC or DFEH complaints, coordinating training and employee engagement efforts, and representing the organization at unemployment hearings.
Support local community outreach initiatives.
Manage job recruitment (including interviewing), employee onboarding, and employee off-boarding.

What you bring

BA/BS Degree (4-year)
4-6 years of related work experience with a concentration in Human Resources
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn required business systems
Knowledge of large HRIS systems including UltiPro, SAP, and ADP
Knowledge of federal and state laws affecting HR policies and procedures, including EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory compliance laws
Excellent critical thinking, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
Demonstrates emotional intelligence
Effective verbal and written communication with ability to influence change
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively
Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels within the organization
Ability to travel as needed
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred; SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred

Job Description

Energetic and strategic Human Resources Director responsible for leading HR initiatives onsite at CareBridge Senior Care in Worthngtn Hls, KY.

Responsibilities

Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Spearhead talent acquisition by crafting sourcing plans, managing the ATS, and guiding interview processes to attract top candidates.
Oversee onboarding and development programs, including orientation and ongoing training to enhance workforce capabilities.
Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating clear communication between staff and leadership.
Ensure regulatory compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA standards, workers' compensation, and related requirements across HR functions.
Administer benefits programs including health coverage, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA.
Leverage HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ADP for data collection, analytics, reporting, and process improvements in human capital management.
Guide change management and organizational design initiatives to boost efficiency and support strategic planning.

Requirements

Demonstrated success supervising HR teams with a solid background in HR management and talent management.
Extensive knowledge of employment and labor law, OSHA requirements, workers' compensation policies, and benefits administration.
Proven expertise in negotiation, conflict resolution, performance management systems, and employee evaluation processes.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo or equivalents) and strong data analysis skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects, including program management and process improvement initiatives.
Effective communicator capable of presenting complex information to senior leadership and staff.
Experience in strategic and succession planning, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques.
Prior management experience overseeing HR functions in large or complex organizations is highly desirable.
