Job Description

Energetic and strategic Human Resources Director responsible for leading HR initiatives onsite at CareBridge Senior Care in Worthngtn Hls, KY.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
  • Spearhead talent acquisition by crafting sourcing plans, managing the ATS, and guiding interview processes to attract top candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding and development programs, including orientation and ongoing training to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating clear communication between staff and leadership.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA standards, workers' compensation, and related requirements across HR functions.
  • Administer benefits programs including health coverage, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA.
  • Leverage HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ADP for data collection, analytics, reporting, and process improvements in human capital management.
  • Guide change management and organizational design initiatives to boost efficiency and support strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success supervising HR teams with a solid background in HR management and talent management.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment and labor law, OSHA requirements, workers' compensation policies, and benefits administration.
  • Proven expertise in negotiation, conflict resolution, performance management systems, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo or equivalents) and strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects, including program management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Effective communicator capable of presenting complex information to senior leadership and staff.
  • Experience in strategic and succession planning, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques.
  • Prior management experience overseeing HR functions in large or complex organizations is highly desirable.
