Compensation

Salary range: USD 80,000 - 118,800 per year. This is a salaried, full-time position based onsite in New York, NY.

The Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a full-time assignment based onsite in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, alignment with organizational goals, and adherence to HR best practices.
  • Acts as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting a positive, productive workplace culture and delivering high-quality employee services.
  • Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, reference and background checks, offer preparation, compensation negotiations, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
  • Works closely with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Monitors recruitment performance metrics.
  • Promotes equal employment opportunity practices.
  • Supports workforce development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Contributes to organizational growth.
  • Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to employee and organizational success.

Requirements

  • At least three years of prior HR experience.
  • Experience ideally within a four- or five-star hotel environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to work transparently.
  • Patience under pressure.
  • Approach every situation with tact and professionalism.
  • Comfortable being a team player and assisting coworkers equally.
  • Serve as a strategic HR leader by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
