Administrative Coordinator - Human Resources
Job Description
Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in Yocumtown, PA. This onsite, full-time position focuses on onboarding, employee records, visa sponsorship coordination, and daily HR operations, requiring superb organization and clear communication. The role runs on a Mon through Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pre/post-employment onboarding requirements, including orientations.
- Maintain electronic records of employees along with updating associated files.
- Assist with the end-to-end visa sponsorship process and documentation for incoming international talent, acting as a liaison between candidates and legal counsel.
- Manage sales incentives plans and associated calculations.
- Coordinate offsite meetings, travel and key business initiatives.
- Support day-to-day HR office operations.
Requirements
- An associate degree in a business discipline is preferred.
- At least four years of current experience as an HR assistant.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Effective people skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Event scheduling and planning background.
- Familiarity with the visa sponsorship process is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, related business/communication tools, and third-party HRIS software.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
