Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner

This on site Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner role supports the Aeronautics sector from the Oklahoma City campus, with on site collaboration across Aeronautics sites and travel as needed to build pipelines and secure top technical talent. The position carries a salary range of $51,500 to $94,600 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruiting through offer, including sourcing, screening, interview support, selection, and offer management
• Act as the primary recruiting partner for assigned business leaders, advising on candidate evaluation, interviewing, and hiring decisions
• Hold strategy sessions to define role requirements and align on hiring timelines
• Educate hiring managers on labor market conditions, talent availability, applicant motivations, and competitive pay—anchored in data
• Track and report key recruiting metrics to TA and business leadership as needed
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines via sourcing, networking, and relationship development
• Assess candidates for technical capability, alignment with NG values, and mission fit
• Ensure data integrity in line with established processes and procedures
• Collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Located near Aeronautics sector sites: El Segundo, CA; Palmdale, CA; San Diego, CA; Clearfield, UT; Oklahoma City, OK; or Melbourne, FL
• Minimum ability to travel up to 20%
