Bilingual Recruiter
Job Description
Bilingual Recruiter role supporting part-time or full-time recruiting and placement in Columbus, NE, with an emphasis on English and Spanish communication.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through online job boards, networking events, referrals, social media, and community outreach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-screened candidates for current and future roles
- Conduct interviews, assess skills, complete reference checks, and verify candidates meet role qualifications
- Administer assessments and drug tests as needed
- Provide clear, ongoing communication with English and Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Act as a trusted point of contact for Spanish-speaking candidates and associates
- Translate or communicate key job information, including expectations, policies, orientations, schedules, and employment-related details
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, share candidate qualifications, and maintain follow-up to support successful placements
- Generate leads for the sales team based on candidate and client interactions
- Market top talent to existing and potential clients
- Document recruiting and placement activity, messages, candidate information, and client communications in the database
- Conduct orientations and maintain follow-up with clients and associates during assignments
- Provide bilingual support during onboarding when needed
- Support associates throughout employment, addressing concerns, attendance issues, and workplace questions as needed
- Promote Associated Staffing Inc. opportunities through community networking, relationship building with diverse talent pools, and social media
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
- Strong computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented mindset with collaboration across departments
- Entrepreneurial drive to achieve goals and deliver results
- Ability to act with urgency and deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or human resources experience is preferred but not required
