Bilingual Recruiter

SHR CORP USA is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting for client job orders in Joliet, IL. This onsite role focuses on proactive sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management, with performance tied to commission. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively across diverse candidate pools and client needs.

What you’ll do

• Execute aggressive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, cold outreach, and database searches to build deep active and passive talent pipelines.
• Conduct interviews, phone screens, and ongoing candidate communication in both English and Spanish to support varied client requirements.
• Partner with Account Managers and client stakeholders to match top candidates to open job orders, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement.
• Screen, interview, prep, and debrief candidates across the full agency interview and hiring lifecycle.
• Write strong candidate summaries, present shortlists to Account Managers/Clients, and manage offer-related steps including rate discussions, counter-offer prep, and negotiations.
• Continuously build, nurture, and maintain a robust database of active job seekers within your assigned vertical or territory.

What you bring

• English and Spanish fluency is required (spoken and written).
• 1+ years of agency recruiting, commercial staffing, or headhunting experience is preferred.
• Highly target-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance-based uncapped commission.
• Hands-on recruiting experience with job boards and Boolean searching tools, including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and ZipRecruiter.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills over the phone and via video in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to prioritize multiple fast-moving job orders in an ultra-fast-paced environment.

Schedule, pay, and location

• Location: In person in Joliet, IL
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Expected hours: 40.0 per week
• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
