Call Center Sales Recruiter Needed

American Independence Gold is hiring a dynamic Financial Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting for finance roles, with a focus on attracting sales professionals who align with company goals. The position can be remote or in-house, includes high-volume hiring, and requires adherence to employment and HR legal standards throughout the process.

Role Overview

In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels of seniority, from sourcing through onboarding. You will use talent management tools and applicant tracking systems to streamline candidate communication and tracking, while building sourcing approaches that increase candidate quality and reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for finance roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across different seniority levels.
• Use talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate records and communications efficiently.
• Create and apply sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), campus recruitment, and external recruiting channels to attract diverse candidates.
• Perform HR sourcing activities such as cold calling, employee orientation, and employee evaluation to identify strong talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and external partners to understand staffing needs and deliver recruitment solutions tailored to those requirements.
• Maintain compliance with employment and labor law, HR legal standards, and internal HR policies during each stage of hiring.
• Participate in training and development initiatives related to succession planning, high-volume recruitment, and technical recruiting best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting within the finance or related sectors, with demonstrated success in high-volume environments.
• 3+ years of call center recruiting experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills to engage candidates and support confident offer closing.
• Familiarity with HR systems including Kronos or UltiPro, plus experience with talent management software and ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and HR sourcing techniques.
• Experience in technical recruiting, candidate sourcing, employee relations, and external recruiting strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven relationship management skills that support lasting connections with candidates and hiring managers.

Compensation
