Campus Recruiter - Entry Level
Job Description
The Campus Recruiter at TQL leads on-campus recruiting across multiple universities, builds relationships with campus organizations and students to deliver full-time hires, and serves as the liaison between Corporate and Regional Sales Recruitment Teams as the campus subject matter expert. This onsite role in Lexington, KY offers a base salary of USD 45,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Build expertise in attracting top campus talent.
- Drive business growth by identifying and presenting qualified candidates for TQL’s Sales and Corporate roles.
- Elevate existing campus relationships by nurturing candidate-generating connections with faculty and professors on assigned campuses.
- Clearly communicate campus recruiting strategies and initiatives to the recruitment teams.
- Proactively expand campus reach by engaging professors, coaches, student group leaders, career development offices, and other college officials.
- Source candidates via campus recruitment activities, campus platforms, social media, and job boards.
- Represent the company at job fairs, presentations, and campus events year round.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers and recruiting leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing to amplify campus presence and word of mouth among underclassmen.
- Create, promote and execute job shadow programs.
- Monitor metrics and drive results to meet campus hiring goals.
- Enter, maintain, and ensure data integrity for the applicant tracking system and campus recruiting reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in campus recruiting.
- Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Solid problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage with professionals at all levels, within and outside the organization.
- Ability to actively advocate for the company to prospective hires.
- Willingness to travel up to 80 percent during peak campus recruiting season.
