Seasonal Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Entry Level

This onsite Seasonal Talent Acquisition Recruiter role supports full-cycle recruiting for part-time and full-time hourly hiring needs.

• Source and attract applicants using cold calling, data mining, and external job board searches
• Recruit and interview candidates for both part-time and full-time hourly positions
• Use Workday to identify, track, monitor, process, and support candidate hiring
• Screen applicants by conducting preliminary phone screen assessments and evaluating candidate profiles
• Maintain applicant professionalism and courtesy during phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Track candidate data by documenting information in Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending, and monitoring

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma and/or equivalency certification required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and creativity
• Internet navigation proficiency and comfort using web-based programs
• Basic Excel experience
• Comfort using a laptop computer and related software
• Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Plus: Previous recruiting and/or sourcing experience
