Your role
As a Career Path Partner, you will support recruiting across field operations by sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. You will help managers navigate staffing decisions while reinforcing their ownership of team staffing. You will also strengthen Coastal's talent pipeline through veteran organizations, technical schools, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers through the recruiting process, offering guidance and best practices.
- Help managers build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while reinforcing their ownership of staffing their teams.
- Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, veteran organizations, technical schools, community partnerships, and events.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular candidate communications to deliver an exceptional experience from application to offer.
- Proactively monitor recruiting activity and collaborate with managers to keep requisitions moving forward.
- Build solid relationships with managers to understand staffing priorities and workforce needs.
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records in Workday.
- Support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and special projects that strengthen Coastal's talent pipeline.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with hiring managers while building trusted partnerships.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, social media, and job boards is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
