CDL Driver Recruiter

Reveille Trucking, Inc. seeks an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter to source, recruit, and hire CDL Class A drivers while partnering with operations to meet current hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
• Manage applicants from first contact through orientation
• Advertise open positions on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone interviews and perform applicant pre-screening
• Maintain frequent communication with prospective drivers via calls, text, and email
• Build and maintain relationships with CDL schools, referral sources, and industry contacts
• Track recruiting metrics and take action to continuously improve hiring results
• Work closely with operations to understand and support current hiring needs

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience, with transportation industry experience preferred
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfort using recruiting software, social media, and online job boards
• Ability to build trust and create long-term relationships with drivers
