CDL Driver Recruiter

Freight Hub LLC is seeking a full-time, in-person CDL Driver Recruiter in Cincinnati, OH to build and manage a pipeline of qualified CDL driver candidates. This role blends recruiting with a sales-focused mindset, including outreach, relationship-building, objection handling, and consistent goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified CDL drivers using job boards, referrals, social media, recruiting platforms, and other outreach channels.
• Make outbound calls and engage prospective drivers on an ongoing basis.
• Develop strong candidate relationships and maintain an active recruiting pipeline.
• Communicate Freight Hub LLC and available driving opportunities in a professional, persuasive manner.
• Apply sales and communication skills to address concerns and convert qualified candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess qualifications.
• Support candidates through the recruiting and onboarding process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads, applicants, and prospective drivers.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and recruiting performance metrics.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting goals.
• Collaborate with operations and management to understand current hiring needs.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in CDL driver recruiting, transportation recruiting, sales, staffing, or a related field is preferred.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales personality with the ability to persuade, influence, and close.
• Comfort with frequent outbound calling and consistent follow-up.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and leads simultaneously.
• Professional, positive, and persistent attitude.
• Ability to work in person at the Freight Hub LLC office.
