Class A Driver Recruiter

The Class A Driver Recruiter role at Risinger Brothers Transfer is focused on attracting CDL drivers for Owner Operator or Lease Purchase arrangements. This onsite position in Morton, Illinois centers on sourcing candidates via Tenstreet, coordinating background checks and onboarding, and upholding the company’s hiring standards.

Compensation

USD 50,000 per year

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of CDL driver recruiting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective drivers expressing interest in driving as Owner Operator or Lease Purchase.
• Utilize and maintain the lead database provided primarily through Tenstreet.
• Collaborate with the recruiter administrator to ensure background checks, motor vehicle reports, and other screenings meet hiring standards.
• Coordinate and schedule orientations for new hires.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to make a high volume of daily phone calls to prospective driver applicants.
• One year or more of CDL driver recruiting experience is required.
