Commission-Based Recruiter – $100K+ Earning Potential

Prime Partners is hiring a full-time, 100% commission-based Recruiter in Scottsdale, AZ, with six-figure earning potential and a focus on sourcing, engaging, screening, and placing candidates while building a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates using Boolean searches, job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruiting tools
• Reach out to passive and active candidates via phone, email, text, and professional networks to start engaging conversations
• Develop and maintain a strong multi-position candidate pipeline
• Initiate candidate outreach and drive the recruiting communication cycle
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Manage recruiting activity and candidate records within company systems
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and nurture an active talent network
• Meet recruiting goals while delivering a high-quality candidate experience
• Represent Prime Partners with professionalism, integrity, and clear communication

Requirements

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience using Boolean search techniques
• Strong candidate sourcing skills across multiple recruiting platforms
• Comfort with outbound recruiting calls and initiating candidate conversations
• Experience sending candidate outreach via email, text, and messaging platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working on a computer throughout the workday
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
