Corporate Recruiter

PRN Home Health & Therapy seeks a full-time Corporate Recruiter in Appleton, Wisconsin. Compensation

This full-time role offers an annual salary in the range of USD 50,000 to 53,000.

Responsibilities

Key duties include designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, actively sourcing candidates for clinical and administrative roles, and building robust relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners. The position also involves representing PRN at job fairs and networking events, managing job postings and the organization’s social media presence, and tracking recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
