Driver Recruiter

The Driver Recruiter role is an on site position in Windom, Minnesota, focused on identifying and hiring qualified drivers, building strong candidate relationships, and guiding hires through onboarding processes.

Compensation

Annual salary range: USD 45,000 to 70,000.

Location

Windom, Minnesota, on site.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional, positive ambassador for Fortune Transportation
• Reach out to prospective drivers by phone, text, and email
• Introduce candidates to the company culture, equipment, lanes, and growth opportunities
• Lead drivers through the hiring workflow and onboarding process
• Foster relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to achieve hiring targets
• Monitor applicant progress and keep recruiting records accurate

Requirements

• Enjoy talking with people and building lasting relationships
• Confident on the phone and comfortable managing multiple conversations daily
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks and staying organized in a fast paced environment
• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking experience is a plus but not required
• Maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic each day
• Windom, MN 56101 is required
• Relocate to Windom, MN 56101 before starting is required
