Glaucoma Associates of Texas seeks a dedicated professional to fill a combined role in Employee Relations, Patient Relations, and Human Resources. This onsite position in Dallas, TX focuses on fostering an inclusive and compliant workplace, improving communication, resolving conflicts, and aligning workforce development with organizational goals.

Overview

This role blends employee relations, patient relations, and human resources to influence organizational culture and strengthen employee engagement. The successful candidate will apply strategic HR practices to create an inclusive, compliant work environment, with emphasis on effective communication, conflict resolution, and workforce development to support our objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute employee relations programs that promote a constructive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage benefits administration, HR sourcing, and onboarding activities.
• Lead conflict management efforts by applying effective communication and negotiation skills to achieve resolution.
• Ensure adherence to employment and labor laws, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of employment and labor law principles to ensure legal compliance across HR functions.
• Proven experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to manage conflicts and foster positive employee relations.
• Familiarity with benefits administration systems such as Vensure used for payroll processing and benefits management.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly with strong experience in HR functions such as data collection and contract management.
