Ameriprise Financial is seeking an Experienced Advisor Recruiting - Sourcing Specialist to join our Minneapolis, MN team in a hybrid role. This growth-focused position includes formal training, a clearly defined development path, and the opportunity to pursue securities licenses while supporting recruiting efforts. The role is full-time and exempt, with a salary range of $58,300 - $80,100 per year, and sits within the Sales family as part of the AAG Ameriprise Advisor Group.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to financial advisors within the assigned territory to arrange meetings with our recruiters
• Collaborate with internal recruiters, corporate partners, and field leaders to align sourcing activities with business needs and hiring goals
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective candidates to sustain interest over time
• Meet lead generation targets, monitor sourcing metrics, and analyze data to improve recruitment outcomes
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in financial advisor recruitment

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of sales or professional experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
