Experienced Truck Driver Recruiter

Cypress Truck Lines is looking for a full-time Experienced Driver Recruiter to join the team at its Jacksonville, FL terminal. This on-site role supports recruiting for truck driver applicants while helping new hires complete orientation and required paperwork. Compensation and Job Details

• Base Salary + Commission: Starting at $35K/year based on experience
• Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: In person

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate on-site marketing and job ad placement to support recruiting efforts
• Handle high call volume from driver applicants
• Answer questions from prospective drivers and guide them through next steps
• Process applications to keep recruiting moving efficiently
• Assist with orientation and complete paperwork requirements

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of recruiter experience
• Sales and transportation background
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to work independently
• Ability to work a 40+ hour work week
• Multitasking skills to manage calls, applications, and coordination needs
