Job Description
Cell Staff seeks a Healthcare Recruiter to run end-to-end placement for external healthcare contracts, from sourcing and selection to ongoing retention and assignment support.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates by identifying, screening, and selecting talent through multiple channels, including job boards
- Assess and place candidates aligned to client needs
- Set wage rates for candidates in accordance with client contractual guidelines
- Remove or effectively recommend removal of poor-performing candidates from assignments
- Address and resolve issues between candidates and clients, including escalating concerns to appropriate client contacts and Cell Staff leadership as needed
- Support retention through consistent, positive communication via phone, email, texting software, and social media (and other tools)
- Maintain candidate and relationship management from recruitment kickoff through the candidate’s assignment
- Coordinate closely with Account Managers and the Recruitment Manager to sustain a viable candidate pipeline
- Coordinate submission of candidates’ time records
- Meet and exceed recruitment quotas
- Demonstrate teamwork by helping coworkers and supporting day-to-day workplace needs
- Maintain professionalism by answering phones, greeting staff, and engaging potential clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a similar discipline
- Equivalent experience: 4 or more years in the field
- Research techniques for sourcing
- Interview skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Communication skills
- Computer skills using Google/Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to sit in a chair or at a desk for 8 hours per day
- Option to stand (standing desks provided)
- Ability to work in an open/team environment
