Job Description
Piru Group is seeking a highly proactive Hiring Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead to help build teams across blue-collar trades and executive leadership. This on-site role in Albuquerque, NM offers a flexible schedule, paid time off, and support programs including an employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, and professional development assistance. You will also be eligible for an employee discount and a referral program, with compensation structured as a highly competitive base salary plus performance incentives based on execution.
What you’ll do
You will own the full-spectrum recruiting process, managing the complete hiring lifecycle for roles across every tier of the organization. The work includes hiring C-suite executives, federal grant writers, and skilled teams such as modular installers, finish carpenters, site superintendents, and property managers.
The role emphasizes aggressive outbound recruiting and direct sourcing. You will execute strategies such as cold-calling competitors, attending job fairs, building relationships with trade school professors, and using online research to identify the exact fit.

Given the organization’s multiple operating environments, you will also need to pivot between distinct cultures, compliance standards, and operational requirements across Piru Group, Builders Tech NM, EcoMod Ventures, and Build4Kidz.
