Job Description

Onsite at an Amazon facility in Lewisville, TX, this HR Partner role on the PXT (People eXperience and Technology) team supports HR operations through consistent execution of standard work, strong relationship-building, and timely issue resolution. You will play a key part in strengthening employee experience, engagement, and leadership development while helping drive HR operational excellence.

Compensation: USD 51,300 - 89,800 per year.

What you’ll help deliver

  • Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs, reinforcing workplace standards, and partnering with PXT and Operations to build a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and supported.
  • Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meeting established service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining accurate documentation of HR processes and employee interactions.
  • Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Run and monitor feedback channels such as roundtables, floor walks, and employee engagement activities. Support issue tracking and follow-up with senior PXT team members to drive resolutions and continuous improvements to employee experience.
  • Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that affect engagement and retention, reinforcing expectations and guiding leaders in selecting and using available tools to improve communication, recognition, and performance conversations.
  • Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives by coordinating logistics, gathering feedback, and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Learn to track and summarize PXT-related data (for example: attrition/attendance trends, hiring data, and employee sentiment) and help prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
  • Promote self-service tools to resolve routine employee and manager questions, identify recurring gaps, and escalate opportunities to improve tool usability and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience or equivalent experience (such as operations, customer service, retail, or manufacturing).
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word document creation, basic Excel spreadsheet functions, Outlook calendars and email management).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences, including explaining processes, addressing concerns, and providing technical guidance.

Preferred qualifications

  • Degree in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in customer service or people-facing roles with strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas)
  • Proficiency using AI-powered tools, HR analytics platforms, and emerging technologies to derive insights and improve processes
  • Ability to train, guide, and support others in using HR technologies and digital platforms with a focus on adoption and end-user experience
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience building partnerships and collaborating across teams, showing adaptability and autonomy
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and navigate ambiguous situations with limited direction
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
