Job Description
The HR Recruiter who is bilingual in English and Mandarin will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance and solid employee relations while coordinating with staffing agencies to meet workforce needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Post job openings, review resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records within HR systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
