Job Description

The HR Recruiter who is bilingual in English and Mandarin will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance and solid employee relations while coordinating with staffing agencies to meet workforce needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Post job openings, review resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records within HR systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

About This Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support key human resources functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. This role contributes to a positive workplace culture, ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, and aligns HR practices with business goals. The HR Specialist will also serve as the primary liaison with staffing agencies to meet dynamic workforce needs.
