Job Description

SEACORP seeks a Human Resource Generalist to support talent management programs across onboarding, development, performance reviews, recruiting, employee data handling, relations, compensation, and compliance throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build working knowledge of the company’s compensation practices and apply it to workforce planning, organizational development, recruiting, and promotion decisions.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding for all new hires, maintaining meaningful contact with candidates who accepted offers.
  • Provide initial employee relations support to individuals and assist with more complex cases including investigations.
  • Contribute to formal employee communications, lead the creation and distribution of The Weekly, and help develop employee profiles and event write-ups for publication on the website and social media.
  • Develop working knowledge of employment law and compliance and apply it across HR functions.
  • Prepare material requests and reconcile invoices for department expenditures; manage vendor payments monthly or quarterly; monitor expenses against budget.
  • Oversee the annual employee summer outing.
  • Assist with recruiting processes, including drafting offer letters.
  • Deliver visitor support, verify credentials, and enforce building access protocols.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Ensure staff have the resources and tools needed, including managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive office environment.
  • Stay current with SEACORP policies, Code of Conduct, and the Quality Management System, and apply them across functions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Three to five years of relevant HR experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for employment at SEACORP.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Office and computer laboratory settings with sitting and standing, extended periods of mouse and keyboard use, and screen viewing. Occasional lifting under 40 pounds. Movement between locations within the campus or between buildings. Environment with typical temperature and lighting variations.
