Human Resources Administrator
Job Description
Norres Baggerman US LLC is hiring a Human Resources Administrator to provide daily HR support and assist with core employee lifecycle and compliance activities onsite in Abbeville, SC.
- Daily HR operations support for the Human Resources department
- Employee change processing assistance for new hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, department changes, terminations, and other employment status updates
- HR documentation and reporting including correspondence, forms, reports, spreadsheets, employee notices, and related materials
- Employee and manager support for routine HR questions; route more complex issues to HR leadership
- Confidentiality for employee, payroll, benefits, medical, and Company information
- Recruiting support by posting and maintaining open positions
- Application review and screening coordination by reviewing resumes for basic qualifications
- Interview coordination with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting agencies
- Pre-employment paperwork preparation including letters and pre-employment documentation
- Pre-employment requirements coordination such as background checks, drug screenings, and other required screenings
- Employment documentation accuracy by ensuring required documentation is completed accurately and on time
- HRIS and payroll administration by entering new employees into applicable HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems
- Orientation coordination by scheduling with managers and other departments and assisting with new-hire orientation
- Onboarding follow-through by ensuring employees receive required Company policies, procedures, safety information, and onboarding materials
- New-hire documentation tracking by following up on outstanding documentation and training requirements
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration (Required)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to interface with people at all levels
- Positive professional image with good presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, tact, and maturity
- Sense of urgency to meet deadlines; self-directed
Preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in a Human Resource related profession (preferred)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)

- Pay: USD 17.00–19.00 per hour
