Human Resources Business Partner

Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences is seeking an HR Business Partner to support SPM assets in Portsmouth, NH. This onsite role partners directly with asset leadership teams while leading the HR agenda across two SPM assets (CT1 and Albacore), with a focus on keeping day to day people operations aligned to operational needs.

As the key HR advisor, you will handle key HR functions spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and end to end employee lifecycle support, working closely with managers and supervisors to build an engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR agenda for assigned SPM assets and partner closely with asset leadership teams.
• Provide HR business partner support across talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement.
• Partner with line managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate with talent acquisition teams to ensure proper resourcing.
• Coach managers and supervisors on performance, discipline, and other people related issues.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
• Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Manage end to end employee lifecycle activities to help sustain an engaged workforce.
• Perform additional HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
• Hands on experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience coaching managers and handling employee investigations.
• Ability to work with leadership teams and influence decision making.
• Experience managing HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Comfort working in fast paced, operational environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (typical expectation).
• HR certifications (for example, SHRM, CIPD, PHR) are beneficial but not mandatory unless specified by the client.

Role Focus

• Support two SPM assets (CT1 and Albacore) in Portsmouth.
• Lead HR priorities covering talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee lifecycle support.
• Act as the primary HR advisor to asset leadership teams.
