Human Resources Compliance Manager

Wave Consulting Solutions, LLC is hiring an onsite Human Resources & Compliance Manager in St. Croix (Frederiksted, VI). This role is built for an HR professional who wants to help leadership maintain a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workforce while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The position offers a salary range of USD 79,000 - 90,000 per year and includes benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.

What you’ll do

In this in-person role, you will oversee key HR and compliance functions across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with executive leadership to strengthen organizational performance and ensure regulatory alignment.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong employee relations and compliance background
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics
• HIPAA and OSHA experience preferred (1 year)
• Experience supporting regulated environments preferred, including healthcare, pharmacy, or retail (1 year)
• Ability to handle a real workplace scenario: describe a compliance, employee relations, or performance management issue you personally handled, including the situation, actions taken, and outcome (be specific)
• Required response length: 150+ words
