Job Description
Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina seeks an on-site Human Resources Coordinator in San Diego, CA, offering USD 26 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and applicants.
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of a busy HR office.
- Manage inbound phone calls and messages with timely follow-up.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR resources.
- Execute special projects as assigned by HR leadership.
- Coordinate select employee relations events.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment plus general administrative tasks.
- Assist with benefits-related issues and inquiries.
- Support onboarding by warmly welcoming new hires.
- Maintain HR files and records in an organized, up-to-date state.
- Provide support for the employment process.
Requirements
- Demonstrated desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with general computer knowledge.
