Job Description

Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina seeks an on-site Human Resources Coordinator in San Diego, CA, offering USD 26 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and applicants.
  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of a busy HR office.
  • Manage inbound phone calls and messages with timely follow-up.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR resources.
  • Execute special projects as assigned by HR leadership.
  • Coordinate select employee relations events.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment plus general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with benefits-related issues and inquiries.
  • Support onboarding by warmly welcoming new hires.
  • Maintain HR files and records in an organized, up-to-date state.
  • Provide support for the employment process.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with general computer knowledge.
