Job Description
On-site Human Resources Coordinator role at Select Specialty Hospital - Tulsa, supporting caregivers and leaders while partnering with HR Shared Services to manage hospital HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations across the hospital, ensuring accurate execution of the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services to deliver integrated support for payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration.
- Serve as a reliable, service-minded advisor for staff and leaders.
- Facilitate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity with precision.
- Lead and support talent acquisition activities, including interview coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes.
- Support employee relations with professionalism, discretion, and consistency.
- Help build and sustain a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required; commensurate experience may be considered with Corporate HR approval.
- Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience.
