Job Description

On-site Human Resources Coordinator role at Select Specialty Hospital - Tulsa, supporting caregivers and leaders while partnering with HR Shared Services to manage hospital HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations across the hospital, ensuring accurate execution of the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services to deliver integrated support for payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration.
  • Serve as a reliable, service-minded advisor for staff and leaders.
  • Facilitate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity with precision.
  • Lead and support talent acquisition activities, including interview coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes.
  • Support employee relations with professionalism, discretion, and consistency.
  • Help build and sustain a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required; commensurate experience may be considered with Corporate HR approval.
  • Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience.

  • Facility: Select Specialty Hospital - Tulsa, a Critical Illness Recovery Hospital, located in Tulsa, OK (onsite).
  • Role: Human Resources Coordinator (HRC)
  • Schedule: Full-Time, on-site, Monday through Friday, daytime shift.
  • Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
