Human Resources Director

WISH-TV/WRTV/WNDY (Circle City Broadcasting) is hiring an on-site Human Resources Director in Indianapolis, IN as the HR point of contact for onsite and remote employees.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for all onsite and remote employees
• Partner with the CFO on monthly financials and HR-related matters
• Process bi-monthly payroll using Paycom
• Manage new hire and current employee benefit additions, changes, and updates
• Support the hiring and interview process
• Complete required onboarding tasks for new hires
• Run and update daily and monthly reports
• Process incoming invoices for payment
• Review and process employee reimbursements
• Collaborate with Sales on aging invoices and collections

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in an HR Director role
• Excellent communication skills
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
• Payroll processing experience with systems such as Paycom
• Strong people skills including listening and leadership
• Demonstrated integrity, honest and trustworthy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Microsoft Office experience
• HR degree and HR Certifications are a plus
