Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
G4S Guam is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist to support a 600-person team in Hagåtña. This role covers recruitment, onboarding, benefits liaison work, HRIS and payroll tasks, and compliance. The position offers a salary range of USD 45,000 to 52,000 per year and access to a benefits package designed to support you professionally and personally. Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt roles and run high-impact new-employee orientations to establish a foundation for long-term success.
- Act as the expert benefits liaison for medical, dental, and 401(k) programs, ensuring company policies are communicated clearly and precisely.
- Maintain critical records in the Skywalker HRIS and payroll systems, and prepare governmental compliance reports to uphold organizational transparency.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of dedicated experience in an HR department or management field.
- Proven proficiency in managing HRIS data and payroll synchronization.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and governmental compliance reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a cooperative approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume employee inquiries with professionalism.
