Job Description
Join Eckberg Lammers as the HR Generalist, onsite in Stillwater, MN, supporting day-to-day HR operations and strengthening internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition
- Manage the full employee experience across the entire lifecycle, including recruiting and hiring, onboarding, employee handbook compliance, offboarding, and exit interviews
- Manage employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations
- Negotiate and administer benefits programs with brokers, providers, and leadership to fit employee coverage and the firm; provide coaching during enrollment
- Administer FMLA, accommodations, and other leaves of absence requests
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing performance concerns or other issues
- Assist leadership with the implementation of firm-wide employee training initiatives and the career development process
- Manage electronic and physical HR personnel files to ensure accurate, consistent, and updated records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employees' compensation, benefits, and personal information
- Ensure compliance across all functions
- Maintain subject matter expertise on federal, state, local, and industry regulations; advise the Firm Administrator
- Administer policies and procedures that support the firm’s philosophy, culture, and strategic goals
- Collaborate with leaders on initiatives such as compensation and salary planning, performance management, and staff recognition
- Coordinate total rewards activities including the annual merit cycle, incentive program administration, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and retention-focused efforts
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and manage sensitive information with discretion
- Develop and recommend sound HR strategies to support firm growth
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to develop and recommend sound business and HR strategies that support growth
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay
- $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
