Job Description
Jarp Industries, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our Schofield, Wisconsin team. This onsite role supports core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, and strategic workforce planning, all while upholding compliance and cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
- Drive talent acquisition by sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting interviews, and supervising onboarding to attract high-caliber talent.
- Process biweekly payroll and oversee timecard management.
- Coordinate new-hire orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and clear understanding of policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes, guide the use of performance management systems, and facilitate regular feedback sessions.
- Administer benefits including health plans, retirement programs, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA leave requests.
- Support HR sourcing efforts by using applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or Lever to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Develop and implement workforce management strategies aligned with organizational goals, including organization design and succession planning.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by staying up to date on employment law, OSHA standards, HR legal requirements, and affirmative action planning.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, promote career growth, and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management techniques to foster a positive work environment.
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and personnel administration tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR roles with a solid understanding of employment and labor law.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, change management, talent management, and performance management strategies.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Paychex, or ADP; advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience in organization design and strategic planning processes.
- Knowledge of benefits administration procedures including workers' compensation processes and regulatory compliance requirements like OSHA standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and reporting tasks.
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms including LinkedIn, and ATS solutions such as Taleo or Paylocity is preferred.
