Human Resources Manager

iKrusher Inc., a leading vape technology hardware company with operations across multiple states, seeks a Human Resources Manager to guide people strategy from its Arcadia, California campus. This onsite, full-time role focuses on HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year. The position partners with senior leaders to build a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports growth and change.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and people managers, introducing innovative HR concepts and practical processes.
• Align HR initiatives with company objectives through thorough planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead employee relations efforts and nurture a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Drive talent management by assessing current and future workforce needs and developing appropriate strategies.
• Support performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Collaborate on training and development programs to upskill employees in both sales and non-sales roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws by maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
• Support organizational change and growth with effective change management policies.
• Lead improvements in recruitment processes and interview facilitation.
• Provide senior management with data-driven HR reports and presentations.
• Perform additional duties as requested by leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations matters.
• Proven track record in change management and partnering with Sales leadership to achieve KPI targets.
• Solid understanding across HR disciplines including recruitment, compliance, learning & development, employee relations, benefits, and compensation planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent decision-making ability and business acumen when engaging with C-suite executives.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% for company events, meetings, or projects.
