The hands-on Human Resources Manager will be onsite in Green Bay, WI, responsible for leading all HR functions and partnering with leadership to support employees and drive growth in a growing manufacturing environment. This role takes ownership of the HR function and shapes the employee experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, personnel records, and HRIS management.
Drive end-to-end recruitment, covering sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with leadership to develop initiatives for engagement, retention, training, and performance improvement.
Administer leave programs, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and other employment-related programs.
Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, systems, and the overall employee experience as the company grows.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Two or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
