Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Tageos is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead both strategic and day-to-day HR delivery for the organization. This onsite role in Fletcher, NC partners with leadership to shape people strategies that support business objectives and growth plans, with strong emphasis on analytics, workforce planning, and building a high-performance, values-led culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and leaders across workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational design.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen culture, promote employee engagement, and reinforce company values.
- Use HR programs, leadership development, and workforce capability building to identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Maintain HR monthly metrics and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze workforce trends including headcount, turnover, overtime, remuneration, and engagement metrics.
- Provide monthly HR insights and reports to senior management and HR head office.
- Apply people analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement in workforce performance and retention.
- Lead workforce planning to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy, supporting business needs and employer branding.
- Develop talent management frameworks such as succession planning, internal mobility, and career development pathways.
- Partner with leadership to identify high-potential employees and support leadership development initiatives.
- Support learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational capability needs, including identifying skills gaps and designing training.
- Continuously improve the performance management framework and manage the annual performance review cycle in alignment with HR head office policies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and workplace practices, supporting fair and compliant issue resolution.
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, environmental, and employment legislation requirements.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation and systems management.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate selection, employment offers, contract management, and integration.
- Manage HR administration including employee documentation, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and HR recordkeeping.
- Maintain organizational structures and ensure accurate, current position descriptions.
- Oversee payroll in ADP to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, including review of payroll data and reconciliations.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including annual benefits re-enrollment and employee applications.
- Lead HR projects aligned with business priorities and improved HR service delivery, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead, mentor, and support the HR team, including the HR Administrator and the HR Learning & Development function.
- Set clear objectives for the team, providing regular feedback, coaching, and professional development support.
- Ensure HR services delivered by the team are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company strategy and culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business administration with a major in HR or equivalent diploma, and minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Exposure to nonstop manufacturing industry, including shift workers and management of overtime, night, and weekend shifts.
- Working knowledge of relevant HR legislation and its application in the workplace.
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong Excel background and data management skills.
- Sound influencing skills, plus training, mentoring, and coaching experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with minimal guidelines.
- Mature, professional approach, with values of respect and integrity.
Pay and Location
- Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
- Work location: In person
- Ability to commute: Fletcher, NC 28732
- Travel: 25% preferred
- Local travel note: Occasional travel to headquarters (France)
