Human Resources Manager

Build people systems that scale globally, while shaping how they work onsite. X-FAB Texas is hiring a People & Culture leader for our Lubbock, TX location (onsite). This role supports the strategic development of the site across People & Culture, leads the local P&C team, and ensures consistent, high-quality people processes locally and globally. You will also help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and partner with business leaders to develop the local workforce.

What you’ll do

• Support and influence the site’s strategic development across all People & Culture areas.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the local P&C team using goals, KPIs, and objectives.
• Represent the site in the Global P&C Team and bring local context into global discussions.
• Contribute to global initiatives and translate them into local standards.
• Guarantee high-quality People & Culture business processes both globally and locally, including areas such as management practices, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee and labor relations, and payroll.
• Partner with business leaders to support development of the local workforce.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices by reviewing policies and practices (for example, visa-related considerations).

How you’ll succeed

• Ability to lead and develop the P&C team.
• Experience in workforces’ transformation and strategic development.
• Knowledge and experience across employment law, compensation, talent acquisition, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface well with all levels of customers and employees.
• Strong organizational management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Transparent communication and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills; HRCI and/or SHRM Professional Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, GPHR or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
• SHRM Certified Professional preferred (listed).

Compensation and location

$100,000 to $140,000 per year.

Location: Lubbock, TX 79415 (preferred). Work location is in person.

Travel: 25% (preferred).
