Job Description

Based in Plano, Texas with hybrid work options, the Manager, Talent Acquisition - Campus Recruiting at Ryan, LLC leads US campus recruitment and full lifecycle talent acquisition, overseeing a team of recruiters and partnering with business units to meet talent needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee timely and effective recruitment and placement of candidates, from entry level to executive, across Ryan's US locations.
  • Design, coordinate, implement, assess, and administer Ryan's end-to-end recruiting processes and procedures.
  • Lead the US recruiting team including entry level and full-cycle recruiters.
  • Present comprehensive, accurate information to candidates about the organization, strategy, department context, job descriptions, and expectations.
  • Manage job requisitions and the workload of self and team.
  • Collaborate with business units and leadership to anticipate and satisfy talent needs while ensuring active recruitment engagement.
  • Perform needs analyses with Hiring Managers to plan for current and future talent requirements.
  • Hold regular reviews with the recruiting team and Hiring Managers to assess recruitment plan effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay informed about talent movements.
  • Proactively gather benchmarking data via networking and formal sources to benchmark the firm's market position.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of key job requisitions.
  • Develop and deploy effective recruiting strategies, including innovative approaches to remain competitive in a changing labor market.
  • Choose optimal sourcing channels to fill roles with top talent within timelines that minimize disruption to business units.
  • Oversee presentation, candidate selection, offers, negotiations, closing, and related administrative tasks across full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Screen resumes and credentials for alignment with role requirements.
  • Conduct phone screenings using jointly developed pre-screening questions to qualify candidates.
  • Act as a change agent by identifying process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop objective business cases to support recommendations.
  • Ensure effective ATS utilization to maintain accurate records and drive timely recruiting activities.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Five to seven years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Experience using direct sourcing, networking, and online sourcing methods to recruit accounting, tax, or finance professionals.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to partner with senior managers and professionals to understand needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Focused, proactive, positive, and driven.

  • Demonstrated relationship and influencing skills that are effective in a complex, rapidly moving organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees in the Recruiting department and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Firm’s policies and applicable laws.

Work Environment

  • Standard indoor working environment.
  • Occasional long periods of standing while attending college recruiting programs.
  • Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and interface with external vendors, university staff and faculty, and candidates at all levels.
  • Independent travel requirement: 30 to 40%.

Certificates and Licenses

  • Valid driver’s license required.

Computer Skills

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a Human Resources Management System (HRMS); Workday experience desired.
