People Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Snyk is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support its Total Rewards and People Operations team, with an emphasis on an excellent employee experience and dependable data integrity. This onsite role is based in Boston, MA (also open in the London office) and supports the day-to-day moments that help employees get started smoothly and transition confidently.
Salary for this position is USD 50,000 - 60,000 per year.
What you’ll do
- Partner with the People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to carry out People Operations processes, policies, and programs globally, with a focus on a best-in-class employee experience and data accuracy.
- Own essential employee lifecycle transactions, including offer letters, I-9/right-to-work checks, and Workday transactions, ensuring records are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
- Support internal and external audits by retrieving documentation and evidence on request, and maintain I-9/right-to-work records in line with statutory retention requirements across geographies.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics to deliver a smooth, welcoming pre-start experience.
- Review employee records to ensure data integrity for employee transactions.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions related to People Operations processes, owning the inbound request queue by triaging, resolving, or routing cases and meeting response-time expectations.
- Maintain the team’s resource library so documents, policies, and templates remain current, organized, and easy for the team to access.
- Bring an AI-first approach to your work by using AI when it can improve speed or quality, and share automation opportunities with People Operations Team Leads.
What you bring
- 0-2 years of experience in a people-centric role, or strong interest in building a career in People Operations.
- A genuinely AI-first mindset, with the ability to explain how you’ve used AI to solve real problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team within a fast-paced, changing environment.
- A curious mindset focused on understanding the “why” behind processes and the reasoning behind them.
