People Operations Specialist - Talent Acquisition/Onboarding
Job Description
People Operations Specialist role focused on Talent Acquisition and Onboarding with a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH.
Responsibilities
- Own employee data changes and high-volume transactional administration across the employee lifecycle.
- Process operational activities tied to onboarding and offboarding, including leave management, compliance, records management, and retention.
- Support employees and managers with life cycle event management through the system self-service function (for example: transfers, promotions, employment separations).
- Handle employee inquiries and issue resolution, including researching, escalating, and resolving Workday operational issues.
- Deliver standard reports, manage ad-hoc reporting, and provide employee analytics upon request.
- Maintain data quality and adhere to global data standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and people systems delivery (PSD) metrics.
- Build and maintain working networks across functions, locations, and stakeholders.
- Apply knowledge related to employee orientation.
- Stay flexible and pivot with changing priorities.
Requirements

- Experience using HR systems, preferably Workday.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Experience in customer support, including handling customer interactions and addressing escalations.
