Program Director Human Resources - Strategy

Christus Health is seeking a Program Director in Human Resources with a focus on strategy to help lead HR programs and projects that support organizational priorities. This onsite role in Irving, TX is centered on driving clarity through reporting and metrics, including oversight of system-wide incentive programs.

In this position, you will set direction for how HR performance trends are tracked and communicated, ensuring leaders across HR and nursing have the information needed to assess strengths, identify gaps, and inform decisions. You will also support the calculation and ongoing monitoring of HR goal metrics and translate complex processes into practical recommendations.

Role Overview

• Provide leadership, direction, and support for strategic HR programs and projects, including system-wide incentive programs.
• Develop and maintain impactful, easy-to-access reports for HR and nursing leadership to monitor HR performance trends.
• Use key HR metrics to identify strengths and gaps in performance and to support ongoing improvement efforts.
• Calculate and monitor HR goal metrics and communicate results to system and regional HR leadership and other stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret complex HR issues and processes and recommend actions based on analysis and findings.
• Coordinate work across multiple HR initiatives at the same time while staying creative and results oriented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday
