Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an on-site Recruiter in Clearwater, Florida. This in-office, high-volume role concentrates on sourcing and placing educational professionals for school districts nationwide, supporting rapid placements through structured pipelines and proactive talent engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage active job requisitions and candidate pipelines from day one, ensuring continuous coverage and timely progression
• Source, screen, and engage candidates to promptly fulfill current hiring needs
• Build and maintain a robust ready-now bench of qualified talent
• Match candidates to district requirements with speed and accuracy
• Maintain consistent submission activity and achieve weekly recruiting goals
• Collaborate with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts
• Keep candidate records organized and up to date in internal systems

Requirements

• 1-3 years of staffing agency recruiting experience
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfort working with ATS and CRM systems
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work fully onsite in Oldsmar, FL
