Recruiter

Concordia Group is hiring an in-office Recruiter in Carol Stream, IL. This role supports full-cycle hiring for both hourly and salary positions, with a focus on attracting and selecting construction talent through sourcing, screening, and structured interview processes.

You will work onsite and help keep staffing needs on track by building recruiting strategies, managing candidate progress through offers and onboarding, and maintaining organized, up-to-date records. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus generous commission, along with benefits designed for everyday coverage and long-term security.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Manage offers, including salary negotiations, and support onboarding procedures
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activity
• Build and maintain a pipeline to support current and future hiring needs
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices

What you bring

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience recruiting construction resources, including Tower Technicians, Civil Ground Crews, Construction Field Managers, and Construction Project Managers
• Proven ability to source skilled labor roles
• Ability to carry 15+ requisitions with shifting priorities on a weekly basis
• Strong sourcing skills, including examples of creative approaches for niche roles and expertise with Boolean searching
• Experience using Facebook postings and Craigslist for specialized roles

Compensation

$65,000 to $75,000 per year plus generous commission. Pay may vary based on factors including geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level.
