Join Allied OneSource in Lenexa, KS for a sales-oriented recruiting role focused on full-cycle placement, pipeline growth, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Skilled Trades roles including Welders, Machinists, Maintenance Techs, Fabricators, Assemblers, and more
• Build and manage an active talent pipeline using job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and ATS/database sourcing
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skill fit, reliability, urgency to change, and pay expectations
• Deliver top candidates to clients quickly with confident communication and market insight to influence decisions
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback flow, close offers, and confirm start-date readiness
• Maintain consistent activity, documentation, and follow-up practices focused on speed and consistency
• Support account growth through service, relationship-building, and problem-solving

Requirements

• 2+ years in staffing or recruiting (Skilled Trades or Light Industrial experience is a plus)
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven and performance-rewarded environment
• Strong phone presence with a closing mindset and ability to influence outcomes
• Organized approach with high urgency and dependable follow-through
• Comfort using ATS/CRM, job boards, and modern sourcing and AI tools
