Staffing Specialist / Recruiter / Account Manager
Job Description
Horizons HR Services is seeking a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter/Account Manager to support clients across their hiring needs and ongoing people strategy. This onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA focuses on sourcing and interviewing candidates for client job openings, running the Horizons selection process, and strengthening client relationships through regular reporting and business reviews.
In this position, you will help ensure client openings are filled on time, guide onboarding for new hires, and work with clients on retention plans designed to reduce employee attrition. You will also contribute to revenue growth through client management and commission-based earnings.
What you’ll do
- Source, recruit, and interview potential candidates for client job openings
- Execute the Horizons selection process for each candidate
- Fill client job openings on time
- Visit and entertain clients to develop and maintain relationships
- Grow client revenues
- Work with clients to execute retention plans to lower employee attrition
- Onboard all new employees
- Present monthly, weekly, and quarterly business reviews with clients
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Retail management experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and an overachiever attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work within CRMs and demonstrate moderate to high-level computer skills
Compensation and benefits
- $50,000 - $55,000 base salary, weekly pay
- Monthly commissions adding $10,000 to $20,000 to your first-year income; no cap on commissions
- Average total income in year one: $60,000 - $75,000
