Recruiter

Patients First Home Care LLC is hiring an entry level Recruiter onsite in Sarasota, FL to help source, screen, and attract qualified candidates. This role supports the full recruitment workflow by developing strategies, evaluating applicants, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, lead generation, and employer branding activities. Responsibilities include reviewing candidate materials, conducting phone screenings, and maintaining organized recruitment records while partnering with hiring managers to align on job-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies designed to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
• Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support lead generation efforts to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate interactions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate fit effectively.
• Experience using social media management for recruitment purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Current Driver’s License with current auto insurance.
• CEU on Elderly Abuse, Human Trafficking, and Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, especially Excell spreadsheets.

Compensation and Work Details

• Pay: USD 23–26 per hour
