Recruiter

Absolute.Jobs is hiring a full-time, in-person Recruiter based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL for a high-activity, phone-driven role. In this position, you’ll reach out to potential candidates, conduct interviews, and help match qualified people with skilled trade opportunities across the country.

The work is centered on outbound calling, discovering talent through job boards and internal tools, and coordinating the next steps of the hiring process. You’ll also be expected to maintain relationships with candidates and focus on clear daily and weekly performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and connect with potential candidates
• Search job boards and the recruiting database for talent
• Interview and qualify candidates
• Match candidates with career opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process
• Build relationships with candidates
• Work toward clear daily and weekly performance goals

What You’ll Do Day to Day

• Find great candidates, get them on the phone, learn about their experience and goals, and connect them with the right opportunities

• No recruiting experience required; training will be provided

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary range: USD 40,000 - 100,000 per year
• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Schedule note: No nights or weekends
