Job Description
Louisville, KY onsite role focused on full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit candidates using established recruitment strategies and best practices
- Partner with hiring managers by providing guidance on the recruitment process and supporting candidate selection and next steps
- Review applications, source candidates, conduct phone screens, and recommend applicants for interviews
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and verify qualifications, credentials, references, and background information
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
- Review recruitment metrics to monitor hiring performance and support compliance and hiring goals
- May participate in job fairs, hiring events, and networking events
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 to 3 years of experience required
- MS Office experience required
- Must reside in the United States to be considered
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous healthcare, corrections and or agency recruiting experience is a plus
